[Resolved] Healthkart — Cancelling my order and requesting my refund | |||||
I bought an optimum nutrition creatine from www.healthkart.com. But unfortunately i ordered the wrong product and for which i have paid rs 1044. I saw no cancel option in their website. I want to cancel my order hka[protected]. The product is not yet delivered to meand the website shows shipped.. So i want to cancel my order and request my refund as early as possible. Jul 1, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved HealthKart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 31, 2016 HealthKart Customer Care's response Dear Moyukh, we are sorry to learn that you want to cancel your order.
However, the order has already been shipped cannot be cancelled at this stage that's the reason we have raised a request for" Product Return" under the reference no. #447520, within 24 - 48 working hrs order will be returned to us & would stand cancelled. In between if it reaches destination for delivery then you can simply refuse to accept the parcel, in that scenario also the same would be returned to us and automatically stand cancelled.
