HealthKart.com — Lying about the status of the product | |||
Hello Sir, This is darshan gupta from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I order two products from www.healthkart.com. One is ON Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein, Double Rich Chocolate and other is Sattvik Organics Eye Care Under Eye Cream. On January 06, 2014, they emailed me "Expected delay in shipment of your order ID 10770202". Than I replied Ok, it can happen sometimes. On January 7 they shipped my "Sattvik Organics Under Eye Cream, Almond & Potato Extracts 40g" and told me that ON's Whey Protein in can't be shipped because Due to the assortment of products in your current order. I called them on January 10, 2014 and request them to please release my ON's whey product. They called me on same day in the evening around 5.30 p.m. and told me that the ON's whey product will be shipped on January 11, 2014. And the very same day on January 10, 2014, they emailed me around 7.25 p.m., and told me that the above product can't be shipped because it is not available. And this product is still showing on their website in stock (http://www.healthkart.com/sv/on-gold-standard-100-whey-protein/SP-9558?navKey=VRNT-14673). And they will refund my money in 7 - 10 days.
