[Resolved]  Healthkart — Complete order not delivered and bill amount reflected wrongly

I have placed order for 4 herbalife mango shake at healthkart site. two afresh and 2 protien bottles. first time i have ordered where i have not got proper services. i have got delivery partially that is also not complete delivery. my two mango shakes are pending and they have just adjusted the bill as that was never ordered before. pathethic experience.. i would never like to recommend to my friends and family. Dear Healthkart Team, I would like to bring in your notice that your staff member Ms. DIVYA BOHRA is such an efficient staff who is not even understanding but believes in providing right solution to the client. I would really like to appreciate her efforts as she knows the genuineness of client and very much able to understand the client's situation. She is much better then other staff member of yours who just work like robots and dont even understand what clients wants to communicate. If there is some mistake even client paying the money, and your people are not bothered to listen or provide alternative solution. Divya is the one who has not only given me the fast resolution but also have given me the proper image about healthkart services... she knows how to retain and maintains client relationships. Dear Team,

Hope you understand that no one keep snapshots of delivered product speically when you doing partial delivery.As we dont expect that such blunder will come in picture.. i have never had such bad experience with any other well known sites so never knew that we need to take snap shots...

Thanks for such teaching, , , b ut i dnt have it right now so please provide me the alternative solution.. and please understand that no one would spend time on fake follow ups for such cases.
