Call charges if healthkart customer care no is around 1.5 rupees/minute, far more than standard call charges. And the most shocking thing is that they start charging before the call is being connected to the customer care executives..most time call doesn't connect due to the unavailabilty of customer care executives but every time call charges are being applied. This is the most bizzare thing i have ever experienced...when I had a talk about this issue with healthkart they said that standard call rates are being applied..

HealthKart Customer Care's response Dear Gaurav, We have a paid helpline no. and not a toll free one. The call rates are also standard rates applied by your service provider. Apart from this, if you have any other concern let us know we would be happy to help you. Thank You HEALTHKART
