I had received my order on 18th october for domin8r mass mutation 2lbs and when i opened it on the 19th. There was a lot of residue on the box which i thought could be dust. I opened the outer seal and when i opened the cap i was shocked that the inner seal which is sealed for protection against adulteration was opened. I mailed the healthkart team and sent all pictures required.
They took a good one weeks time to come to a conclusion and yesterday i receive a mail which states that the you have opened the outer seal so we cannot do anything.
Inner seal may have got opened due to mishandling in transit. How does that even make sense?? If there is a mishandle, the outer seal should open not the inner one.
I am going to take this higher now because if something happens to my health after consuming that product, will healthkart be liable for any health issues caused?
More than half my office colleagues and friends use healthkart. I will definetly recommend them not to use because they are just bothered about money and not customer satisfaction and health.
