[Resolved] Healthkart — Fake delivery details

I placed an order of muscleblaze mass gainer xxl on 23july 2015 at 5.45 pm but the item is still not delivered... Recently i got a mail from heathkart.com about the delivery.. But i have not recieved the item..!! I have already paid the amount through online banking... My order nuber is HKD[protected].. Need a quick response ASAP.. I complained in the helpline nub. but got no response...
