[Resolved]  Healthkart — highly irresponsible delivery system

Worst online shopping experience ever!! With highly disappointed experience i have to state that i placed an order including three products order no. HKA[protected] on 28th jan 2015. First of all the order was broken up into 3 parts dont know for sake of what?... And above that one product is still not delivered to me till now... Its been almost 20 days now...i hav made complaints 3-4 times...and still the service is extremely careless and thete is no help.. Despite of that it was not a COD order...i have made the payments in the very beginning by debit card. Highly irresponsible behaviour of healtkart.com Really disappointed, looking forward to never shop with you again!! I want my order or refund ASAP.

We would like to inform you that the order was broken up into 3 parts beacuse it was shipped from three different warehouses. Your order for "ON Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein" was dispatched from our Mumbai warehouse via speed post. We have been continously following up with India post to get this order delivered as early as possible. As per the current update from them, the order has been delivered to you, kindly confirm the same.
