[Resolved] Healthkart — Non delivery of item | |||
Placed an online order with healthkart order ref no hk[protected], on 10th october. 2014 Not yet been delivered even after 12 days. Vide their email dated 10th october they informed me blue dart tracking no.[protected] with estimated delivery time as 14th october. No response on this traccking from either blue dart or healthkart. Please note that theitem is glucometer strips which are very important and daily necessity for Checking blood sugar. My emails to healthkart are responsed by standard one liner replies of no consequence. I am emailing them daily and their response are standard insensisitive replies like a parrot. Hopeless people to deal with. Please help me get my material or monies back. Was this information helpful? | |||
