[Resolved] Healthkart — order not confirmed but money debited | |||
I am Dipesh and my SBI Bank account number is [protected]. Today i placed an order on your website and it was almost on verge of completetion but due to some technical glitch your site stopped suddenly and the last step of my order after debit of Rs.1590 from my account remained incomplete. Now the current status is that my money has been debitted from my account to you but healthkart has not confirmed my order.So either refund me my money or confirm my order. Thank you. We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Sometimes, it takes a day or so for the transaction to reflect in our account. Also, there are cases where the payment gateway deducts money from your account, but then faces issues in connecting further. In such circumstances, it refunds the money back into your account in a few days.
Please help us with your registered email Id, so that we can get it checked and assist you further on the same.
Under no circumstances would your money be at risk- we assure you of that!
