[Resolved] Healthkart — Product not delivered | |||||
I have always been a loyal customer of HealthKart. But it seems like they are taking customers for granted. I had ordered a Whey Protein on 20th September 2015. I got a confirmation saying that they would deliver the product by 26th Sept. Its been 29 Sept still the product is not delivered. I called their customer care around 4 times. Everytime they say, "it will get delivered by today for sure". Dont know what really they are trying to prove. Please accept our sincere and unqualified apologies for the delay in the delivery. We have escalated the same to the concerned courier and following on the same with them. Would update as soon as we hear from them. Please be rest assured as we would try to get this delivered on utmost priority and would keep a close tab till delivery.

i ordered a product and the product iz vry bad...ordered 2 product...i ordered a product which is anabolic mass gainer and weight gainer and the product is very bad ...very bad particles in it and some insects in it and the supplement is not soluble in water...ant it seem that i ordered a protein product but u gave a vitamin product ...it look like a bad and duplicate product...i want you refund my money ...very dissatisfied guys...[protected] from dis no. i had ordered a product
