[Resolved] Healthkart — Return order HK[protected] | |||
i have raised a return request for my protein powder, since it was sent without any importer information. Healthkart claims its authenticity guarantee but still got such product. I returned the product through Speed post and has been delivered to them. ( i asked them for a pick up since i am super busy with my work these days but they did not agree) Now after sending the product back i am not hearing any thing from them. I have sent them around 15 emails. Healthkart doesnt allow consumers to put product review. I have posted several reviews of the product but none of them was published which is seriously disturbing and misleading. This delay has costed me a lot apart from money but health wise, since i am not able to consume my desired dose of protein. I am seriously feeling harassed and cheated, Seeking help.
