[Resolved] Healthkart — WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE - HK[protected] | |||
I placed an order for Cricket Kit Bag on 27th Nov on HealthKart the estimated dispatch date was 15th Dec (Which is the worst turnaround time I have ever seen in the Online Shopping). I waited till 10th Dec and no update on the dispatch, I called up the customer care and with the rude agent with tons off attitude asked for cancellation and refund he happily agreed ever before I asked him. Saying that we will refund you amount in 7-10 Business days.. What the hell I have already waited for 12 days again I have to wait for 10 days to get mu money for no USE... Again a Dumb supervisor or some poor guy called and said that they couldn't able to procure the product which I have ordered. I am asking then why you guys do this Business???? Friends these people are big time cheaters don't ever trust them they will take your money and never send your product, they won't post your reviews on their site if the review is bad and they admit that..Keep away from HealthKart Was this information helpful? | |||
