Hebron Transport — booked tickets through redbus but not pick up bus operators

I am booked tickets today afternoon HEBRON Transport through Red bus... Also we are waiting for the boarding point half hour before... Our boarding point time is 1.30pm... Boarding point: KOYAMBEDU-CMBT Hebron Transports Guest Lounge
Landmark: Opp. Vijayakanth Kalyana Mandabam, Address: 2/6, 100 feet road, , Opp. Maruthi Suzuki showroom,

But No call and sms confirmation from the bus operators... Also my end call and confirmation to bus operators customer care number but she not responded properly.. Call put on hold... Later only given bus driver number.. Call to bus driver.. He simply reply bus already moved to near madhuravail...
How it's possible... Very poor customer service and driver answers through the phone...

Note :booking must cancelled my booking and refund ...

Updated by deepanmanju I am booked tickets today afternoon HEBRON Transport through Red bus... We are waiting for boarding point half hour before from the boarding time. But bus not pick up and moved to salem... We are contact Hebron customer care number also... But very poor response from her. Call put hold... After give driver number... I called driver... But driver said bus reached near maturavayil... How is possible...

No conformation call received from Hebron Transports...

I request you to Kindly cancel my booking and refund my money...
