Heinz Glucon-D — unhygenic product | |||
About a month ago I bought a 500 gms of glucon d (original ) pack from a store nearby. When I opened the seal to use the product I found live insects inside the pack. I have contacted the customer care 5 times after that and a lady name Aarti assured me that my pack will be replaced soon but I was never contacted by any of the concerned person.I am very dissappointed by their service.Like maggi we should bann this product too as they are killing us by their unhygenic products. I also found a bandage in the box, unfortunately it was not on the top and I was able to find it only when consumed about half of the glucose.
I have logged a case at national Consumer Helpline, in few days will contact News Media too. I wont spare them so easily. They have a trend of this fatal adultration and as a solution they simply change the box but who the hell want a replacement for a mare 100Rs product. I want them to come and drink this contaminated and feel what I and my family felt after discovering that we were drinking this contaminated drink since last 4 days.
