Hi Sir, I had a connection of Reliance Broadband on behalf my mother name Asha Rani ([protected]). The service was so poor and useless, there was no network on every time. I was very dispointed & after that i was decided to cancell this services. One day I got a call some lady her name is Riya sharma (Krishna Services), she asking to me this is legal department of reliance & there is show you pending bill of Rs. 1189 PAY YOUR PENDING AMOUNT OTHERWISE YOU WILL FOUND A LEAGAL NOTICE TO RELIANCE . I said "I was not using you services. but i agree to pay of pending amount but this is fake amount i will never to pay this amount. so she said me i will sattlement your amount on Rs. 800 and after that you will pay . she was done a mail and done the cc to Sharad Vashisht (Sr Manager-Collection at Reliance Communications ). I was paid all amount & after that my brother sent all details to her including Sharad Vashisht "I have attached my Final Bill Details from reliance & Please Find the attachment. " And Now[protected] I got a call from another lady posing to call from ''Solitaire Courier Company - Cannaught Place Delhi''. She firstly asked me to confirm my mother address, my mother name and my mopther phone number saying that she needs to deliver a courier from RCIL to my address. I am requesting you Please necessary legal step on this fake company. "I have attached my Final Bill Details from reliance & Please Find the attachment." Thanks & Regards Hemant Kumar
