Today my father got 1 consignment at the name of chetan mahajan. I was not at home. He toom the parcel and gave 3500 rupees to postman. After that my father call me to confirm about the parcel I told him that I have not order anything from anywhere. Them we came back to postoffice khandwa and speak with officer to tqke parcel and give our money back. Officer told that we as a postoffice cant take this parcel as we have removed his cover. I requested to officer take our complaint in written and dont processed the money to Herman network services but officer deny our request and now we have no option to get out of this
