Herman Network Services — Wrong Delivery

In First week of Aug, I Avinash Waghole received call from R K MALHOTRA (contacted from this no [protected]) informed Me that my no [protected] has been selected for Lucky Draw & you have won Grand 2 Mobile . HE told to pay money of Rs.3500/- at Dehu Road Post Office.So I paid Rs.3500/- Cash to Rakshe Postman (Contact No [protected]) on 18.08.2015. After payment they gave us parcel through this Registered Post No CD[protected]IN in which I found the small statue of Goddess. On same day there, Complaint No 8050 has been logged in Post Office for Wrong Delivery on 18/8/15.R K MALHOTRA has been contacted again on same no [protected]. But he is not responding right now. Request to do the needful to return back money of Rs.3500/- as this has been very horrible experience with Herman Network Services. Address from where I get the courier is as follows.
