Hero Cycles — shocked were not working from the very first day

I want to say that i had bought a hero sprint pro bad boy cycle with gears. I thought that i had no shockers in the cycle except the back shockers but when my friend told me that your front shocker is not working, then i consulted the shop owner from wherw i had bought the cycle. But he is not ready to accept it. Pls take a serious action on it and have my shockers replaced or repaired. I want it to be done soon. Waiting to hear from you soon. The shop is lamba cycles, laxmi nagar, delhi-110092.
