Hero Electric — Defective and Service Problem in Hero Electric, Model - Flash LI-ion | |||
Dear Sir, it is to inform you that I have purchased a Hero Flash Li-ion from Vinayak Auto, Naranpur, Dist- Keonjhar, Odisha Vide Invoice No 119, Dtd- 20.12.2019. In the meantime the battery of the said vehicle replaced two times. The battery replaced second times was also defective. The battery sent for replacement is given to dealer on 26-09.2021 and as per dealer it has been approved on 30.09.2021 but battery has not yet been received. It is also presumed that the vehicle may be defective as the vehicle run only below 2, 000 KM. I have contacted the Zonal Manager, As Given By Dealer is Mr.Avinandan 2 Times, but he is not taking any interest to solve the matter. I have contacted Mr Avinandan in Mobile No [protected]. My vehicle is in warranty period and I am facing a lot of difficulties due to negligence of proper service . Therefore I would request you kindly look into the matter as early as possible or may replace the vehicle with its higher model and I will assure you to pay the differential amount so that the problem will be solved . An early action in the matter may kindly be taken with an intimation to me.
