Hero Motocorp — battery change

I purchased hero passion pro 2017 in september number is dl9sbk8738. My bike battery is not working properly last 4 months. I submitted my battery on 15 january on your dealer showroom 'avni motors' supervisor promised me they will give your battery return after 10 days bt today is 2 feb this is very shameful service. Battery number is m7h7s9186107h73 please check and call me on [protected]
