Dear hero

I have written this letter to inform you that I have
handovered the bike to the khanna automobile workshop after an accident for repairing on my insurance policy on 04th April, 2023.
I was told that It may take about 7-10 days, for which I have planned to manage my conveyance.

But today, It has been more than 20days since I handed over the bike, but you do not seem to care to revert back to us.
Whenever I call for the update on bike repairing they says that the parts are not received yet.

The bike is very important for my job conveyance. and because of it our day-to-day operations are getting hampered.
