Hero Motocorp — Delay in providing number plate and RC and no proper response to the customer

I have bought a Two wheeler in the month of November 2022 in Ramnagar, Varanasi. But till now dealer have not provide number plate and even not giving the update. The behavior is not also as according to expected. I hope that HERO MOTOCORP is concerned about their customer. Kindly look into the matter.
