I had an engine complaint from my very first service, then it got rectified on my 6th service, now from my last service I'm having more noise & starting complaint, etc, I hope it gets repaired. The main issue with your service team is that after 100km to 500km you get a new complaint about the bike when it's mentioned they consider it a new job. In my last service after coming from service center to my house, my rear brake got jammed & your service center person was not ready to address that issue then I called one of the floor managers & requested him to send someone from another service station which was nearby to release the brake. I'm totally disappointed with your service its actually frustrates me that I made a wrong choice of bike. Was this information helpful? |
