Hero Motocorp — Facing lot of problem in my hero duet delear refuse to solve my prob

I bought hero duet in 29march 2016 after one month in my duet too much sound came from engine and vibrating my hero duet.When i went to service centre they said this is a company problem.We cant do any thing. Is it not u r service centre "sln motors tolichowki hyderabad" unpleasant experiance with you guy.Hope you guys understand what iam facing here...
