I have purchase Hero Achiever the rear tuff puff tube with puncture
endurance from HERO showroom 8 months ago, yesterday i examined a
puncture in the rear tuff puff tube with puncture endurance of rear
tyre n when i went to replace it with new tube that i have purchased
from Goel Motors then i came to know that the tube which i got from
Goel Motors was not suitable for my achiever bike tyre(i.e. they have
given me[protected] tube instead of 300-18), then i went to Geol Motors
showroom, The employee said that he has given Achiever tube only with
a rude behaviour and said he will not replace it. What the hell is
this. I have purchased tube from showroom for that reason only that he
will give the tube of genuine quality and and it will match with my
tyre. As i am not a puncture especialist i dont know anything about
its size. This is the responsibility of the Employee who is giving me
the tube of my specific bike (i.e. Hero Achiever) to give me the
appropriate tube of my bike. The customer service is so irresponsible
of HERO, Instead of replacing my tube they are straightly saying that
they will not replace the tube and I can do whatever i want. Is this a
service provided by HERO.??
I request you to look into the matter properly and replace the tube i
have purchased according to my bike (HERO ACHIEVER ) Tube.
Hoping that My tube will be replaced as soon as possible
