Hero Motocorp — Hero moto eshop not refunding the amount for the cancelled order by hero moto

I placed 2 orders online order on eshop hero moto for engine oil. i have done online payment
order no..[protected] is cancelled by hero.
i have not received the paid amount till date.
HERO MOTO IS NOT REFUNDING THE AMOUNT OF RS 295

NOW ITS GETTING TOO LATE FOR THE REFUND.
TOTAL REFUND AMOUNT 590 RS

FROM MY ISSUE IT SEEMS THAT HERO MOTO IS COLLECTING MONEY BY FRAUDS
