I had purchased the vehicle about 2.5 years back, and my motor stopped working. I had asked for a motor replacement about a month back, and the motor hasn't arrived yet. It has been a month, and my scooty is still in service center. No updates. No way of reaching out because the helpline number is useless . No one picks up. The service center people donot respond. Extremely bad service and very inconvenient. Utter disappointment.
