[Resolved]  Hero Motocorp — Hero passion pro bs6

Dear Sir/ Madam

I purchased a new Passion Pro on 10th of September 2020 and take delivery of the Vehicle on 12/09/2020 evening after paying the full amount from PALAL MOTORS Irumpanam PO Sea port Airport Road Kakkanad Ernakulam Cochin 682309 . I am totally dissatisfied with new vehicle . From the day I take delivery the self starting function is not working properly (without using the accelarator ) before I reach home I had to Kick start the new vehicle several times . I thought may be it was due to new. The second day also when i took the vehicle in the morning self starting is not working again I have to kick start The same is repeating in traffic Jam also. Now the fourth service is over still the vehicle is in the same condition the engine put when riding in traffic or the vehicle become slow . I have sent several mail to area service heromotorcorp ie.. [protected]@heromotorcorp.com 26/09/2020 - 09/01/2021- 18/02/2021 and visted the showroom several time with complaints still the vehicle is in the same condition and moreover whenever i visited the showroom around 90 percent of the complaint is in the same category they are cheating customers with low quality technology or software like i3s function
