I purchased new hero super splendor xtec bs 6.2 vide chassis no. Mbljaw402pgd00934 on 12/05/2023 in the name of adapa ravi, yanam with full cash of rs. 98500/-. not received any document or any receipt for the amount paid till today. Documents (Insurance, tax invoice, t/r, declaration letter) received on 24/05/2023 stating that there is an issue with gst type as i am from yanam (U. T.) which belongs to puducherry & this time also not received any receipt for the amount paid but with older dates on all the documents. While trying for permanent registration in yanam rta, it's found that the temporary registration done wrongly mentioning rajahmundry rta instead of yanam which is a blunder mistake done by the person who is taking care of rta works where as mentioned correct in declaration letter which shows the carelessness. Till today there is no correction from the showroom in the t/r & i am unable to use the vehicle. it's lying a side. there is no proper response from sales team. also there are so many problems in the vehicle & it's not looking like new. i can't use the bike with out registration and with out documents. I waited till today as per their request, but still they are telling that it will take time. So, i request you to please make them take back the vehicle and return my money back urgently without any further delay.
