Hero Motocorp — Oil leakage of gearbox

My name is mukul maheshwari. I have purchased a hero duet on[protected] registration no dl5saw4535. After a week there was oil leakage from the gear box. I was complained regarding the same and they have changed the oil seal and packing of gear box. Then after again i was facing the same issue and went again on himigiri motors at jhilmil industrial area in delhi. They were checked that and just clear that oil and said that it's doesn't happen again. But still i am facing the same issue please check the attached snaps of that and advice someone to take lead on this and solve asap.
