Hero Motocorp — Poor service from hero

Poor service i am getting from hero motor corp as i am concern. Even though i am servicing frequently i am not satisfied by the way hero is responding. Last two times i asked them to check the front shock. But they not even touched in it. I am giving money that company asked. Now i cannot ride because some jerking is there and it is getting worst.
