This mail is to bring to yourself on notice that I have booked Her xtreme 200 from Rahul Motors Varkala on 12/03/2021and promised to deliver vehicle on 19/03/2021/evening on behalf of showroom dealer Ms Viji Ratheesh and booked advanced of Rs 100000/- later after improper lack of availability of said vehicle I have requested for a refund on 19/03/2021 as the said date I haven't recieved the vehicle delivery, yet I spoke with Ms Viji Ratheesh about it on delivery day she informed its due to non availability of vehicle she spoke that she will refund my advance amount of Rs 100000/- on 22 Mar 2021 after three days before 1700 later by 1720 I made a call to the dealer she informed she will make payment by 1740. and later didnt picked up the call, her continuous and false promises right from booking time till the current date is disappointing, when I checked with hero customers of this showroom I got to notice this is what happens day to day and only intention of the showroom dealers is money, money all the time and even the way they do service is pathetic, I request your authorised dealer to refund my money of one lakh at the earliest and take disciplinary action against these cheaters and frauds which can destroy the reputation of a good brand HERO MOTO.
