I purchased hero duet bike in january month 2016, since 1st servicing of the bike i am getting lot of problems while riding duet bike,. 1. Getting sounds from front wiser which irritating and diverting my concentration while riding. 2. Engine getting heavy noise and heat and providing heavy vibrations. 3. The time of purchase show room people told me that, mileage will be 50 to 55km per liter, but its giving only 35km per liter. 4. While riding my bike its giving long jerks, suddenly slowing down which is very dangerous if there is any vehicle behind me. 5. There is no pickup, double riding pickup is more complicated and getting heavy engine sound. — and all these problems no one can resolving when i visit hero showroom, and i requested to solve the problem so many times, but they are simply saying its manufacture defect so we can't do any thing. So this is my problem, by paying rs.63000/- to hero showroom suffering lot.
