I have purchase a motor bike ( Hero Hf Deluxe) on 02/03/2022 and availed 1st service on 24/04/2022. 4-5 days after 1st service Self starting problem arise. I have visited the service centre (Dutta Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Durgapur) today. Initially they found the problem in battery. They remove the battery for further inspection to the Battery manufacturer ( Amron) and said it will takes another 7 days. After removing the battery they just asked me to collect any damaged battery to start the engine . They even not replaced any old battery to run the bike. I have collected a damaged battery depositing Rs.200/- to nearby battery shop. I bound returned home riding this bike without Horn and Turning Indicator.
