Hero Motocorp — Smart RC card not received

My name is kartick Mandal.i purchase a hero bike model name passion pro bs6 registration no WB34CB8248 on 27 February 2023 in Dutta motors, Bankura, West Bengal.i am not received my smart RC card at this time .when I checked parivaahan portal vehicle application status, the server show me data record not found. Pls help me to solve the problem
