Subject - unsatisfactory service of my bike .
Dear sir/ ma'am
I am chirag shirmali the owner of my bike i would like to express my disappointment from unsatisfactory level of the service .
I have expected much from a prestigions. And reputed company of your standard i can't help but submitted this letter of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution.
Actually my the biggest problem my bike for the servicing for 4 Times atleast as many times I didn't solved my problem of my bike i wish i get my solution for my bike in the correct manner and in right position .
When I have submitted my bike for the servicing at the first time and the second time it was best results but at the third time they said the engine oil problem i have changed it but the fourth time they have did normal checked it after going home i got the same problem of the getting the problem of my breaks and engine sound and the full problems stuff and getting my bike in slower manner and next time they said the tencer problem in my bike i even had a changed in that but i am getting the same problem with my bike .
I think you are not at all focusing my bike problem as i am rearelly coming to the servicing my bike again and again I don't all this kind of the problem and bad stuff in my bike so pls resolution the bike problem please i request it to solve as soon as it possible .
