Hero Motocorp — Two wheeler service delay for flood claim

My hero pleasure bike no.TN09CA4351 has given my bike service due to flood claim on[protected].in few days claim also approved but unfortunately my bike till now service not completed and no response also due to delay in spare parts.Almost 20 days completed really I am facing pathetic situation as a hero fincorp doing this kind of customer service.I am totally hopeless.works manager - Madhavan - Southern Auto centre, Nandanam, chennai 60 Immediately resolve this complaint.
