Hi Reach Broadband — Frequent disconnection with pathetic customer service

I opted for this network with a hope to get better service and I paid 6 months advance payment. But since the activation of this network, there were around 30 plus issues on frequent disconnection in last 2 months, every alternate day the internet goes away ( network issues / fiber cut issues / power issues etc...Due to this my kids online classes were missed and my meetings were missed. I would recommend not to opt for this service and go for a better network provider, who at-least responds to customer concerns and resolve it on timely manner.
