Hi Reach Broadband — I'm complaining on the service providers irresponsibility

Hi,
I have opened the new connection on 12th of january 2023 and services started but in the first day service was down for almost 16hrs and after multiple follow up with the provider they resolved the issue. After that service continued as expected till 15th afternoon and from 1 pm it is still down. No local providers are answering the calls. I want to get to discontinue the service and get my rest of the amount back. Kindly assist
