Respected sir or Madam,
On May-06-2015 I went to Himgiri Showroom for AC cooling coil replacement as Cooling gas from my car (Hyundai i20) was continuously leaking out.
When I reached to Himgiri Hyundai I was attended by Mr. Mahesh Service executive & after certain checks he informed me that, along with Cooling Coil replacement AC Service will be performed which includes AC Filter check, AC Compressor check, Washing of Rediator & re-filling Air conditioning gas (Cooling Coil will cost Rs. 2100 including taxes & around Rs. 3400 for AC Service) which I accepted to bear.
During the course of work I was not allowed to go near my car to see what work is getting done. After waiting for 3-4 hours I was informed that the compressor of my Car is weak but it will work fine for an year or 2 & after that period of time I'll need to get it changed. I paid amount of Rs. 5411 to showroom for the work & left.

Right on 11th day i.e May[protected]Last Sunday), my Car Air Conditioning Stopped working & I was getting some burning smell from Car engine. I turned off AC in my car & took my car back to showroom for checks on May-20-2015
(Even requesting for home pickup of my car since May-18-2015 Service executive Mr. Mahesh never showed any interest & said we don't have driver to pickup the same). Finally I dropped my car at Himgiri Hyundai at Wazirpur for checks again why Air Conditioning stopped working.
While on the way to my office on May-20-2015, I received a call from Mr. Mahesh that Compressor of my Car has gone faulty & company is not at fault on this. Compressor replacement will cost Rs.[protected]. I informed him that when I initially came to show room it was an issue with AC cooling coil & not with the Compressor. Also, I was not informed that compressor will not work for even a month, where service technician after performing checks informed me that compressor will work for an year or 2 wihtout any issues.
I reported same to his assistant Manager Ms. Kavita twice to check on this & get back to me however, I never received a call/feedback from her.
Finally, I ask them to drop my car to my place & the same was dropped.
As Himgiri Showroom has damaged my Car's Compressor I would like to request consumer court to take action against Himgiri Hyundai & suggest them to replace the same with putting any cost on me. Also, there management negligence towards this issue clearly shows they are at fault & they are just looting customers.
Please perform quick action against them as they are least interested in listening to my issue & just try to loot more money from me.
