Himgiri Hyundai — Non refund of car booking amount after cancellation

I booked a creta with himgiri Hyundai at Wazirpur in September 2016 And was promised delivery within a month. I paid them twenty thousand as the booking amount as well. But soon after I was told by their representatives that my choice of colours were not available and they insisted on my buying a colour that had been discontinued by the manufacturer. They told me that black or white colours were not being manufactured at that time and that they were not available anywhere in the market. I was asked to wait till 2017 if I wanted it. (Which meant a wait of minimum 5 months). So I cancelled the booking in October and they gave me in written that the booking amounts would be refunded. I immediately bought the car from another dealer ( who provided it to me in a week's time and at a better price). Then began the chase for the refund of booking amount. Since it wasn't returned in a month's time as promised, I called himgiri people...they kept on delaying, all the while making promises that it would be refunded soon...I kept requesting them to speed up d Thind but d rep would simply say that she was trying her best...then they sent me an image on Whatsapp of the cheque, but the my name was misspelled on the cheque. So the lady told me that it would take a little more time...that was December and by the end of the month she started avoiding my calls...finally I was asked to talk to her senior who again assured that the matter would be sorted, but that dint do any good either. Finally he told me that by 10th Jan he would get the cheque delivered at my place..I cald him on the 13th and he told me that the dealership has changed to Hemkund Hyundai and if I want my mine back I must contact the people at himgiri karkardooma. He even gave me contact number of some accounts chap there who was super rude to me when I cald him.he humiliated and insulted me. Then I called the manage at himgiri...he was again rude and gave the most foolish logics as excuses...he told me that I could make a police complaint if I wished but he wouldn't do anything about the matter...it's end of Jan now and I still haven't got my money back...these people are just fleecing customers...
