yes absolutely, that is the way to increase the number of complaints and FIR against these Fraudster, I have also raise FIR in cyber cell against them
Complain on national consumer helpline website and raise a chargeback dispute from your respective banks.

yes but it will be more impactful if all victims raise complaint on cyber cell because chargeback is not possible in authorized transaction as I already raised the dispute but banks clearly said its authorized transaction and only account holder is liable.
