I booked a Sanyo 1.5 T AC on March 24 through www.hindsolutions.in and paid for it through PayU via Netbanking using my HDFC account. Subsequently I received a vague confirmation from PayU on behalf of ENAM with no tracking or further information beyond naming the merchant as ENAM and an order number. I realized I had been cheated and checked with my bank who confirmed the payment was made to one ENAM through PayU and the address was [protected]@gmail.com . After that the website cannot be reached, the numbers given are uncontactable, e mails are unanswered and I discovered that many like me have been cheated by this company. The amount is large, Rs. 29400 and I am a retired senior citizen and seek help in recovering my money and nabbing this culprit before they cheat others. Was this information helpful? |
