Complain on national consumer helpline website and raise a chargeback dispute from your respective banks.

same issue with my complaint these fraudsters are marking complaint as resolved. It would be better if you cane report to cybercrime.gov.in or go to near by cyber cell police station that will be more fast, with all proof of payments and also raise new complaint mentioning how previous complaint was marked as resolved.
