Dear Sir, This is Amarendra Mishra from New Delhi. I had make a online order of one Hitachi 1.5 ton Air Condiitoner Model on Dated 12/03/2022. At Intial Stage they told me item will be delivered before Holi Festival i.e 18/03/2022. But after they old company is shut due to festival therefore item will be delivered for sure before 23/03/2022.Now today is 29/03/2022 no item is delivered to me On the other hand A Docket No. [protected] provided by said company of tracknon.co.in but there is no status on that site. Kindly Please arrange for refund of my amount back to me or my purchase product deliver to me.

I am also scammed by this website but guys do report on https://cybercrime.gov.in/ if you can't go to cyber cell police station near you because if there is good amount of registration of crime against these fraudster then only some action will be taken, may they can be 1 of 100 that get caught we need to complaint in good number on cyber cell. please contact me on [email protected] if you need more details from government site for these fraudster that will help the investigation. But again I am saying atleast report on online portal https://cybercrime.gov.in/ if you cant go to near by cyber cell police station.

Ordered Vaccuum cleaner and later cancelled with order no. 1296. They didn't refund for last 15 days and now the mobile is NOT reachable. Their website is also down.
