My Name is Veeresham Ravirala ([protected] / [protected]), Mumbai

This is the GENUINE complaint i am writing/explaining to you all people, for open our eyes against the evil / devil people who lives in the market.

I bought the New Honda Shine (TS08EB8338), with Down payment Rs 30000/-, Remaining 40000/- for LOAN from Hinduja Finance Limited, Chennai.

HFL Exe Mr.Sandip got the papers and asked me to sign on LOAN papers, it will be ready another day. He said you can collect the bike now itself.

Cheat 1)Exe took my sign on all white papers and one bond paper with blank papers.

Contract Number is APLGOTTW00086, on Date[protected].

Cheat 2)No Executive called my number for LOAN payment is pending with me.

Cheat 3)1 year 1/2 Montha back i went to HFL office, i asked to get paid all the amount i got LOAN, they simply said, if you paid all amount, you need to pay additional pay of 3500/- charges to close the contract. (instead of less the LOAN money, they are increasing the charges)

Cheat 4)Till now after 35 Months over, no single day i received the LOAN statement from HFL office either directly, or through my mail.

Cheat 5)Till now they charged me the LOAN amount Rs 40000/- + 42000/- = Rs. 82000/-

Cheat 6)50 Days back i went to HFL office, i paid the balance pending LOAN amount of Rs. 9300/-at a time, after i requested to less some thing, after i stand for about 3 Hours. No use, i paid all amount told by HFL Exe Mr. Lingaswamy .

He simply said, call me after 45 days, you come and collect the NOC

Cheat 7) After 42 Days, i suddenly shocked, again i received the ECS request to my bank to pay regular Montly LOAN amount 2722/-.

Cheat 8)i called to HFL lingaswamy number 100 times, switch off. I called to HFL manager Mr.Ganesh, for my NOC is ready to collect or NOT.

He said he will call me back, after checkinh the status.

No called.

Cheat 9)After 8 days, again i called to HFL Mr.Ganesh (Manager), for NOC ready or NOT, he simply says a) Not ready NOC b)Another 5300/- you have to pay for closing the contract.

Cheat 10)I did not received the copy of contract i signed with them, (ofcourse i signed on blank papers)

Cheat 11)They do not have open online statement, facility for transparent transactions.

Cheat 12) I called to HFL chennai, (hyderbad branches) 1000times, to speak to them, NO LAND LINE LIFTED.

Cheat 13) If i called to executives mobiles, they simply escape, says i don not know, pls go to office directly. If i go to there office, No Manager to help you, pls pay the Pending LOAN immeditly.

DEAR MY FRIENDS, HINDUJA FINANCE LIMITED, CHENNAI AND ITS BRANCHES, THERE MOTTO IS NOT GOOD.

They do not make the communication with customers, they wait for the time, to increase the LOAN penalties amount.

TRICK to Customers)Do not pay the amount in advance more than one month LOAN payment. They do not calculate/consider that amount. they keep with them, they say the will consider at the time of contract closure, and they will make the tricks to increase the penalties amount.
