Hinduja Global Solutions — Need of offer letter and relieving letter & Release date correction

Respected Sir / Madam,

I have worked with Hinduja Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore, from 3rd December 2018 up to 02-January 2019.

My employee Id is 214481

I have a humble request, I’m working in a private company since 1 year. this year, they started doing background verification, In-order to clear the verification successfully, I need the Offer letter and relieving letter from HGS that my employee ID was so and so and I have worked from 3rd December 2018 to 02-January-2019. I have resigned on 02 January 2019 but on portal, it is showing 13 February 2019, it also needs to be corrected. Kindly help me in this matter asap, otherwise I won’t be able to continue my work here as document is the primary requirement. It’s a humble request to you pls help me out in this situation.
