Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — Complaint about Short Fueling and Use of Marker on CNG Meter

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an unfortunate incident that occurred at one of your HP Petroleum CNG stations located at [AVADHUT PETROLEUM, SIDHPUR.. 384151] on [[protected], APPROX 8.00PM]. I have been a loyal and regular customer of HP Petroleum for many years, and my recent experience has left me with serious doubts about the integrity of your services.

On the aforementioned date and time, I pulled into your CNG station to refuel my vehicle. I observed that the pump attendant seemed to be in a hurry and did not provide me with a proper opportunity to verify the meter reading before commencing fueling. As a result, I suspect that there may have been a short fueling incident, where I received less CNG than what I paid for.

Furthermore, after paying for the fuel, I noticed that the meter had what appeared to be a marker or tampering on it. This raised concerns about the authenticity of the meter reading and whether it had been tampered with to cheat customers out of their rightful fuel quantity.

This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and worried about the trustworthiness of HP Petroleum's CNG services. As a customer, I expect honesty, transparency, and fair treatment in all my interactions with your company. The incident at your CNG station has shaken my confidence in the quality and ethics of your services.

I kindly request that you conduct a thorough investigation into this matter, review the CCTV footage from the station, and take appropriate action against any employees found to be involved in this misconduct. I also urge you to ensure the integrity of your CNG meters and provide proper training to your staff to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a timely response to inform me of the actions taken to address my concerns. As a valued customer, I hope that HP Petroleum will take this matter seriously and make the necessary improvements to regain my trust and the trust of many others who rely on your services.
