When we changed my cylinder and noticed there was leakage, we called agency to send anyone to check the same.
Very quickly serviceman came and adjusted the pressure and issue was resolved.
He said you should changed the pipe which was fair ( we had called for service earlier but they dint come)
We said fine change the pipe then he said you need to change burner as well there might be leakage.
We just said ok as my baby was crying and within 5 mins he changed the burner and there was no box or anything and gave a bill of ~1350. We weren't able check the amount he charged. Even he added service charge as it cylinder pressure issue was not ours it was agency side problem.
There was so much chaos we could not talk much so he took advantage and changed burner without giving us anytime to think. After he went we realise before covid also one serviceman came to our house and said there is a leakage and even he changed the burner.
I was wondering how burner needs to be changed.
There should be some transperant system of charges put by the service ppl. Was this information helpful? |
