Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — HP Gas amount deducted from my bank amount but booking not made

On 7th September 2022, I tried to book a cylinder through the HP gas website. Money was deducted from my account but the cylinder is not booked. I have raised a complaint on the HP website but no response on that till now. When I tried to call the HP gas agency (Vidyanagar Gas Agency) they are telling the cylinder is not booked and don't know about the transaction.
